At GarianWraps, we take pride in delivering high-quality vinyl wrap installations that enhance the appearance and protect the vehicles of our valued customers. Our commitment to excellence includes using the highest quality vinyl with "air release technology" and employing strict procedures to ensure a clean installation environment.
Warranty Coverage:
1. Peeling/Lifting Corners: If, within a period of 90 days from the date of the original installation, any corners of the vinyl wrap show signs of peeling or lifting due to installation errors, GarianWraps will address and resolve the issue as part of the warranty coverage.
2. Air Bubbles: If, within a period of 90 days from the date of the original installation, you experience the presence of air bubbles that are not the result of pre-existing paint damage or improper care, GarianWraps will address and resolve the issue as part of the warranty coverage.
3. Vinyl Shrinkage: If, within a period of 90 days from the date of the original installation, the vinyl wrap exhibits significant shrinkage issues that affect the overall appearance or functionality of the installation, GarianWraps will rectify the problem under the warranty.
Exclusions:
1. Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, rock chips, or other forms of physical damage that may occur during the regular use of the vehicle.
2. Improper Care and Maintenance: We expect our customers to follow proper care and maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of the vinyl wrap. Any damage caused by improper care, maintenance, or cleaning products is not covered under this warranty.
3. Subsequent Modifications: GarianWraps is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the vinyl wrap if the vehicle undergoes subsequent modifications or alterations by parties other than our authorized technicians.
4. Discounted Wraps: Vinyl wraps installed under discounted pricing or promotional offers do not include a warranty.
5. Customer Supplied Vinyl: GarianWraps does not provide warranty coverage for vinyl wraps that are supplied by the customer. Our warranty applies only to vinyl wraps that are sourced and supplied by GarianWraps.
Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact GarianWraps: Notify us within 3 days of discovering the issue by sending an email to garianwraps@gmail.com. Include your name, invoice number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Photos of the Defect: Attach clear photos of the defect to your warranty claim submission. This will assist us in assessing the issue and expediting the resolution process.
3. Assessment and Resolution: A representative from GarianWraps will review your claim and, if necessary, schedule an appointment for an inspection. If the claim is deemed valid, we will repair or reapply the affected area in a timely manner.
4. Cost of Vinyl and Installation: For approved warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of the vinyl required for the repair. However, GarianWraps will cover the labor costs associated with the warranty claim.
5. Limitations: Please note that the warranty claim process is subject to verification and approval by GarianWraps. We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy at the description of GarianWraps.
Important Notes:
1. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the vinyl wrap installation service from GarianWraps.
2. Limited Liability: GarianWraps' liability is strictly limited to repairing or reapplying the affected area, addressing real air bubbles, or resolving vinyl shrinkage issues, as determined by our technicians. We are not responsible for any additional costs or damages incurred as a result of the warranty claim.
3. Highest Quality Vinyl with "Air Release Technology": GarianWraps uses the highest quality vinyl with "air release technology" and proper vinyl wrapping techniques which are standardized throughout the industry which minimize the need for the use of the warranty process.
Liability Form
By signing this liability form, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this liability form with GarianWraps.
Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to the installation of vinyl wraps on vehicles, may involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, potential damage to the vehicle's surface, paint imperfections, or other issues that may arise during or as a result of the installation process. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release the Company from any liability associated with such risks.
Paint Condition:
I acknowledge that the condition of the paint on the vehicle prior to the installation of the vinyl wrap is an important factor in the overall outcome of the wrapping process. I understand that the condition of the paint, including but not limited to imperfections, scratches, or previous paintwork, may affect the final appearance of the vehicle after the installation of the vinyl wrap. The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing paint damage or issues that may become apparent during the wrap process.
Professional Removal:
I understand that the removal of the vinyl wrap should be performed by a trained professional to minimize the risk of paint damage. I acknowledge that attempting to remove the vinyl wrap myself or by an unauthorized third party may increase the likelihood of paint damage and release the Company from any liability associated with such actions. GarianWraps will not cover any damages when removing the any vinyl from any vehicle.
Exclusion of Warranty:
I understand that the Company does not provide an official warranty for the vinyl wrap installation service. While the Company agrees to address and rectify certain issues as stated in the warranty policy, as applicable, I acknowledge that the Company is not liable for wear and tear, scratches, rock chips, or other damages that may occur to the vinyl wrap after installation. I accept full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the vinyl wrap following its installation.
Limitation of Liability:
I acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by the Company.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the services provided by the Company, except to the extent caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Personal Property:
I understand and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove any personal items, including but not limited to electronic devices, valuables, and personal documents, from the vehicle prior to the commencement of the vinyl wrap installation. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to such personal property left inside the vehicle during the installation process.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the BC, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in BC, Canada.
